IN THE CELLAR

FOR THE LIST

Slow-cooked lamb, game, beef cheeks or mature mountain cheese.

The producer

A seven-generation family estate at Ervedosa do Douro. Furada restored its traditional granite and schist lagares for foot-trodden vinification, while the Pata D'Urso wines draw on very old mixed vineyards and long, patient cellar ageing.
