Champagne Hautbois is a family grower based in Pévy, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry. The estate traces its winegrowing heritage to 1829 and builds its range around long bottle ageing, measured dosage and expressive blends of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
