Fresh, mineral old-vine Rioja white
Fresh, mineral Rioja white from old Viura vines. Peach, citrus and pear meet a gently spicy note, refreshing acidity and fine lees texture.
Entrena, Rioja Alta
Hand-harvested bush vines in Rioja Alta, planted up to 74 years ago and cropped below 4,500 kg/ha for concentration and freshness.
100% Viura
Twenty-four hours in cold rooms at 4°C, followed by low-temperature skin maceration. Fermentation takes place in French oak at 14-16°C for almost a month, then the wine rests on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.
Seafood, poultry, rice dishes, fresh cheeses or vegetable plates.
A textured, old-vine Rioja white that gives the regional section a more gastronomic, barrel-fermented expression.
100% Viura
Peach, citrus and pear with a subtle cinnamon note; bright, refreshing acidity, moderate body and a clean mineral finish.
